What are your design fees?
Once we determine that your project is a good fit for the services I am able to offer, we will then schedule our official “Meet & Greet” where I will gather all of the details required to create a scope of work for your specific project. Depending on the size and scale of the project, design fees can fall anywhere between $500 to $120,000.
Where do you purchase furniture?
We source products through our trusted trade partners, giving you access to high-quality, unique pieces at great value. Our trade partners offer a much wider selection than what you’ll typically find in retail stores, including custom options that help make your space feel truly one-of-a-kind.

While we lean toward a modern design style, we have utmost respect for all design styles. We design every project around your unique style, preferences, lifestyle, and the things you love most.
And if you love more than one design style, that’s even better! I love finding creative ways to blend different aesthetics seamlessly, creating a space that feels cohesive, intentional, and completely your own.
Can you help me shop for furniture?
In certain cases, we may schedule guided showroom visits or curated vendor appointments for selections such as stone slabs, plumbing fixtures, appliances, curtains, or other specialty materials that may be challenging to confirm with samples or specification sheets alone. Otherwise all other sourcing, selections, procurement, and coordination are handled by our team.
Alternatively, we can help you shop for furniture with a virtual design plan, where you can purchase items at your own pace.
Do you offer virtual design services?
We do! Our doors are open to clients nationwide. Whether you're across the country or right down the street, you can always opt for our virtual design services—allowing you to execute your project and shop the curated selections entirely on your own timeline.
Do you provide recommendations for builders, general contractors, or tradesmen?
Yes, absolutely! If you don't already have someone in mind, we're happy to connect you with our trusted network of skilled tradespeople. Of course, if you already have your own preferred professionals, we completely respect that and are happy to collaborate with them.
How do we keep the builder or general contractors informed on design decisions?
Communication is key to a smooth project! Whether you're working with a custom builder or a general contractor, we act as the bridge between your design vision and their construction schedule.
Once the design is finalized, we provide a comprehensive, easy-to-read package—including detailed drawings, finish schedules, and product specifications—that you and your builder can easily reference. We’re also more than happy to jump on calls, review construction documents, or coordinate directly with your contractor to answer questions and ensure every detail is executed just right.
Who handles project material orders?
Material ordering is split by category: tradesmen will order fixed finishes (tile, stone, flooring, wallpaper, etc.), while I will personally purchase all furniture and decor for you.
Will you check on progress throughout the project?
Yes, absolutely! We closely monitor the tradesmen's progress to ensure everything is on time and meets our high standards, while also capturing behind-the-scenes progress records.
How will we communicate throughout the project?
We keep our communication organized through email as our primary channel. Phone calls are scheduled when we need to discuss complex details, and texting is kept strictly to scheduling and timing. Additionally, you have 24/7 access to our online design portal, where you are welcome to send us messages at any time!
How do I pay invoices?
Invoices for design consultations, design fees, furnishings, and products are processed securely through our online design portal via ACH, credit card, or check. Any labor or services provided by tradesmen are paid directly to them.
