Full-Service Interior Design Process

We will work together to create a functional, welcoming space that meets your needs.

Service areas: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Anthem, New River, Glendale, Peoria, and surrounding areas
STEP 1

DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE

All projects begin with a design questionnaire through Design Files, to help us better understand your project wants, needs, and personal taste. 
STEP 2

COMPLIMENTARY PHONE CALL

Once you complete the questionnaire, we will set up a complimentary call to start the design conversation & see if we are a good fit.
STEP 3

DESIGN CONSULTATION

During the in-person consultation, we will get to know each other. We will discuss your space, style, budget, timeline, etc., and determine how we'll best work together.

Consultations may last from 1-2 hr depending on your scope of work
STEP 4

ONBOARDING

After confirming your scope of work, we’ll prepare a custom design proposal for your review and signature.

Once the agreement is signed and the design fee received, your project officially begins!
STEP 5

PROCUREMENT

  1. Measure Meeting Site Visit

  2. We create your custom design plan, including your design concepts, floor plans, detailed product lists, & 3D renderings.

Once you have approved the design(s) and product selections, you will receive your product invoice.

3. From there, we will handle logistics, including the placing and managing of orders!
STEP 6

STYLE & INSTALL

Once materials & products are delivered, we will begin the installation phase and start styling your space.

Once your project is complete, we will take after photos and schedule a client reveal!

Full-Service Interior Design
  • Design Consultation
    $200.00

    We'll schedule an on-site visit to explore your space together, where we will dive deeper into your project details, design preferences, timeline, and budget. Typically, this consultation lasts around an hour, but it may extend to two hours based on the complexity of the work. An invoice will be sent once you book the appointment, and payment is due upfront.

  • Design Fee 
    Flat Fee

    The design fee is based on the square footage of your space(s) and the scope of work. An invoice will be issued once you sign your design agreement, and payment is due upfront.
