THE BRIEF
The client is a married female with children and wants to modernize her home. She loves to cook and does not want to feel isolated, so she is requesting an open plan to incorporate the dining, kitchen, and living areas. The plan must include a water closet, laundry room, concealed or incorporated with another room, and a study incorporated with another room.
